Pear Ginger Sparklers

2oz Pear Ginger Jam

2oz Vodka

Juice of half a lemon

2 in chunk of ginger peeled & chopped

Dash of honey

4oz Champagne

Thyme and thinly sliced pear as garnish

In a shaker, muddle the ginger and combine all ingredients minus Prosecco. Add ice and shake vigorously.

Divide between two glasses, add Prosecco and garnish
