Founded in 2016, Yummy Lotus is proud to craft locally made vegan and gluten-free pepper jams using only the freshest ingredients. Our simple, wholesome recipes ensure you know exactly what’s going into your body, offering bold, delicious flavors you can trust.

Small Batch love
All our jams are made by hand in small batches. We quick cook our recipes in a 60 GAL volume kettle. Our recipes ensure that we retain as much color and flavor of the fruit and peppers as possible.

STEP 1: Create
Our Owner & in-house chef, Alexa curates all our jam flavors by pairing her culinary knowledge with her eagerness to create unique, multi-layer flavor experiences. When creating a new jam, we play around with flavors and test them out until they are perfected.

STEP 2: Can
Canning our Jam is an important step in the process and allows our jams to stay on your shelves for a long amount of time without spoilage. The jars are cleaned and hot-filled, then sealed using the "Hot Fill and Hold" method to create an air-tight seal.

STEP 3: HandMade
All our products are sealed and labeled by hand. Each jar is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our high standards. This personal touch represents the hard work, attention to detail, and love we pour into every batch. It’s what makes every jar of Yummy Lotus jam top quality, ready to nourish your soul and elevate your meals.
