  • What is the shelf life of your jam?
    Unopened jars stored in a cool, dark place will last up to one year, according to USDA guidelines. Once opened, refrigerate and we recommend consuming within 1 to 2 months.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept paypal, most major credit/debit cards, app-based payment transfers (apple pay and venmo) and cash at events
  • How long does it take to ship?
    Your order will ship within 5-7 business days. Shipping is typically sent via USPS priority mail. Times vary dependent on location but usually arrive within 2-5 days of shipment.* *Please allow extra time for your packages to arrive due to carriers increasing their expected transit times and the influx of deliveries/orders during the holiday season. We are working hard to get your package to you, safely as quickly as possible. Thank you for your business and understanding.   • What is your shipping policy?
    Orders are shipped out within one week (but usually sooner), typically via USPS priority mail. Some orders may be shipped out via UPS ground based on weight and location. All orders generally arrive within 2-5 business days. You'll be nourished in no time!
  • Do you accept returns?
    While we can't accept returns on our products, we are happy to make things right. Shoot us an email at yummylotus@yahoo.com and we will do our best to make you a happy customer!
  • I'd love to add a note to my order, How do I do this?"
    We are happy to add a special touch to your order! Just enter your request into the "notes" section during checkout or send us an email at yummylotus@yahoo.com with your order number and what you'd like the note to say. We'll add it right in and exclude the shipping slip.
  • Are your jams vegan?
    Yes! We don't use any animal products in the production of our jams. They are also free of gluten (although not made in a gluten free facility). The ingredients are conveniently listed on each jar but if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
  • What does small batch mean?
    All of the jams are made in low quanitiy batches, ranging from 40-60 jars. This ensures quality and allows for stronger flavor profiles.
  • Can I order a different size jar?
    In addition to our 6oz jars, we offer 1.5oz mini jars which are perfect for weddings, parties, birthdays, showers, gifts and more. Check out our shop page under special event jams to see more details. We also sell our 1.5oz jars in a sample box with all 8 of our original flavors avialable in our shop
  • Do you guys sell wholesale?
    We sure do! Contact us for more information or if you have a resale certificate, you can find us on faire.com. Visit our wholesale page for more details
  • I have food allergies. Can I consume your products?
    All our jams are made without animal products, gluten, or soy and most of our products are nut free (check labels for details). If you have more question, please do not hesitate to leave us a message on our contact page.
  • My Jam(s) showed up broken, what do I do?"
    We protect our products by wrapping the jams and securing them leaving minimal wriggle room but that doesn't mean accidents don't happen and one of your delicious jars can show up broken. If this happens, contact us and we will be happy to replace the broken product. Please enclose photos of the damaged product for the shipping claim. Thank you
  • I am interested in your special event favor jars but I don't need 100+ Can I order less than the minimum?
    Our special event favors come with a minimum order amount of 100 jars. If your event isn't large enough for these quanities, then please feel free to email us to get a price quote for your desired amount. We love that you are interest in sharing our jams as favors and would love to try and accommidate your needs.
