Kiwi Poblano Green Goddess

1/2 kiwi peeled

2oz @hendriksginofficial

3/4 oz st germain

1/2 lime juiced

2oz @yummylotus kiwi poblano jam

Soda water to top

Kiwi to garnish

Middle kiwi in shaker and combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until shaker is frosted. Stain into an ice filled Collins glass, top with soda water, garnish and enjoy!
