Winter Hash in a Pear Ginger Glaze

-1/2 Butternut squash, diced

-1/4 diced yellow onion

-4 cloves garlic

-1 lbs Brussel sprouts, quartered

-1/2 cup walnuts

-2oz pear ginger jam


Heat pan or cast iron on stove to medium. Add 2 tbs oil and butternut squash. Allow squash to brown slightly (about 7 mins.) Add in brussel sprouts, garlic and onion. Stir occasionally, allowing other ingredients to get a nice browning. Add in jam and walnuts during the last 2 minutes, tossing to coat all ingredients. Add slt and pepper to taste.
