Sticky, sweet heat ribs with caramelized edges and simple roasted vegetables on the side.
The blueberry glaze coats the ribs in a glossy sweet-and-spicy finish that gives a new twist to those classic rib dishes.
Serve it with whatever vegetables are fresh and easy — zucchini, corn, peppers, asparagus — and suddenly dinner feels like something you’d order at a patio restaurant.
